Adjustment to Meeting Dates Venus Exploration Analysis Group (VEXAG) Meeting

Due to impacts from the government shutdown, the meeting dates for the VEXAG November 2025 meeting, initially scheduled for November 5–7, 2025, have been adjusted to November 6–7 only. Updates to the meeting website and online agenda will be available soon. The VEXAG meeting will still be held at the Niagara Falls Convention Center in Niagara Falls, New York.

Registration

Potential participants working at NASA facilities should be aware that the November 2025 VEXAG meeting has been approved in NCTS: 53042-26. Prospective attendees should work with their center travel coordinators and follow center protocols for requesting attendance in NCTS.

Registration fees are not being collected for this meeting, but registration is required. Registration will be available through November 7. Before the meeting, all registrants will receive an email from Houston Meeting Info with virtual connection information.
