02.19.2026 DURANGO, Colo. — Agile Space Industries, a leading provider of in-space chemical propulsion, today announced their Series A equity financing round. The round was led by Caruso Ventures and Howdy Partners with participation from Lockheed Martin Ventures, Veteran Ventures, Denver Ventures and Cortado Ventures to support the company’s rapid expansion as demand for reliable in-space propulsion accelerates across commercial, civil, and national security missions.
Strong investor demand drove the Series A beyond its initial $15 million target, resulting in an oversubscribed round. More than 70% of the capital was committed by existing Agile investors, underscoring deep conviction in the company’s execution and long-term market opportunity.
Company revenues over the last three years have more than tripled, anchored by a mix of industry leading primes as well as new space companies with diversity across the National Security, Exploration, Commercial and International space markets. In a similar period, bookings have increased more than six-fold driving capacity demand and the need for growth capital that this Series A provides. Looking forward, the company has already booked enough business to nearly double 2025 revenues.
“Agile is well positioned at the intersection of proven propulsion technology and a market that is hungry for scalable, reliable solutions,” said Dan Caruso, Founder and CEO of Caruso Ventures. “Their disciplined approach and infrastructure-first mindset set them apart as the industry enters its next growth cycle.”
“In-space mobility is a mission-critical capability across national security, civil, and commercial architectures,” said Chris Moran, Vice President and General Manager of Lockheed Martin Ventures. “Its importance to Lockheed Martin is driven by the operational needs of our customers. Agile has proven to be a reliable, high-value propulsion supplier, and we are pleased to provide growth capital to expand their capacity and strengthen the industrial base supporting these vital missions.”
Agile Space Industries has established itself as a trusted propulsion partner through extensive hot-fire testing, vertically integrated manufacturing, and a track record of delivery. The company’s focus on rigorous testing and rapid iteration has positioned it to supply at scale as satellite constellations, lunar missions, and national security programs continue to expand. With growth capital secured, Agile is able to further accelerate expansion, including facility buildouts in Colorado, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania to scale production and test throughput.
“Building on a solid foundation in industry-leading chemical propulsion test facilities and advanced metal additive manufacturing, Agile meets the urgent demand for faster products and services,” said Chris Pearson, CEO of Agile Space Industries. “This raise allows us to scale operations and widen our offerings at a time where meeting chemical propulsion is a national imperative”.
