American Society for Gravitational and Space Research ASGSR 2025 Call for Abstracts

Abstract submissions for the 2025 ASGSR annual conference are now being accepted. Each year the ASGSR annual conference brings together the biological and physical space sciences community to share research, build collaborations, and discuss emerging issues in the field. ASGSR welcomes scientists and engineers from all career stages to Phoenix from December 3-6, 2025 at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort.

The abstract deadline for submission is July 25, 2025 at 23:59 EDT. Once the submission deadline closes, abstracts and authors will not be edited.

Graduate and undergraduate students are eligible to apply for a travel award during the abstract submission process of up to $500 to offset some transportation, hotel, and registration costs.

Abstract selection and student travel award notification will be emailed to presenting authors no earlier than September 30, 2025.
