
Dubai / Male’ November 18, 2025 – ARCHE ORBITAL SYSTEMS, a global space-technology company specializing in advanced mission design and in-orbit services operations, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Maldives Space Research Organization (MSRO). The agreement marks a significant step in strengthening the Maldives’ national space ambitions and expanding collaboration across mission design, in-orbit operations, and space domain awareness.
Under the MoU, ARCHE and MSRO will jointly develop capabilities in Earth-observation mission design, tailored constellation architecture, payload hosting opportunities, satellite inspection and diagnostics, orbital debris assessment, and education and training programs for Maldivian talent. The collaboration will leverage ARCHE’s Alpha Centauri mission analysis and design center, and Xenthra in-orbit servicing spacecrafts to support environmental monitoring, climate resilience, and the broader development of a sustainable space-based infrastructure.
Strategic Engagement Supporting the MoU
During the Dubai Airshow and subsequent regional engagements, ARCHE’s CEO Juan Pablo Garavaglia held key discussions to reinforce the foundations of this MoU and explore additional partnership pathways. These meetings included:

ARCHE also acknowledges the pivotal role of Senior Advisor Rajeeshwaran Moorthy, whose strategic foresight and regional engagement were instrumental in bringing ARCHE and MSRO together to finalize the MoU and enable the series of high-level meetings that surrounded it.
